Sample paragraphs from the Decree:

Paragraph 5: The identity cards of the local residents (within the 5 kilometer Restricted Zone) will be provided with a stamp which will entitle the holder of the card to reside within the 5 Kilometer Zone.

Paragraph 10:  Within the 500 Meter Protected Strip loitering in the streets or fields, the use of all types of transport vehicles and the performance of any kind of outdoor work is only permitted between the sunrise and sunset. Performance of work in the direct vicinity of the 10 meter control strip is only permitted under the supervision of the Border Police. To go to work outside the villages only the routes prescribed by the Border Police may be used.

Paragraph 11:  ...Public restaurants, cinemas, boarding houses, convalescent homes and other premises within the 500 Meter Protected Zone will be closed. Meetings and mass events are of every kind are forbidden.
